big leaves cos lettuce, washed and dried

handfuls of rocket, washed and dried
1
slice of smocked prosciutto
Directions

Place the groats into boiling water and cook for 2 or 3 minutes until tender.

Strain groats and mix with lemon juice and sea salt. Serve in the two lettuce's leaves.
3.
Cut your tomato into small pieces and mix them in a bowl with rocket, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Serve them over groats and add the prosciutto into pieces.
