Ingredients

low fat/carb flour tortillas
4
tbsp. of ice cold water
2
slices of low-fat pepper jack cheese
Directions

microwave 3 slices of turkey until crisp set aside

scramble 4 large eggs using 4 tbsp of ice cold water (will help eggs to be fluffy) in a pan coated with vegetable spray.

While the eggs are cooking microwave 2 flour tortillas between 2 slightly dampened paper towels for 30 seconds

lay out heated tortillas and tear pepper jack and put in the center half of the tortilla. Crumble and divide the turkey bacon and put on top. Divide the eggs and put in the middle of each tortilla. Add salsa or serve on the side. Fold edges and roll as a burrito and enjoy.
