Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
Directions
APRICOT DIPPING SAUCE:
Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Cooks\' note:
• Sauce can be made 1 week ahead and chilled, covered.
