AVOCADO AND CRAB MEAT SUSHI

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
| 1 | cup white short-grain rice |
| 2 | tbsp rice vinegar |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 1 | tsp dry Sherry |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | avocado |
| fresh lemon juice | |
| three pieces of toasted seaweed | |
| 1/2 | cucumber, peeled seeded and cut into strips |
| 1/4 | pound fresh King crab meat, thawed |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | ple of avocado strips, cucumber and crab meat across the middle of the rice. |
| Step 2 | Add a little wasabi to the crab (be careful, wasabi is very hot) |
| Step 3 | Roll up the nori tightly. |
| Step 4 | Cut each roll with a sharp knife. |
| Step 5 | Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. |
