cup white short-grain rice
three pieces of toasted seaweed
1/2
cucumber, peeled seeded and cut into strips
1/4
pound fresh King crab meat, thawed, picked over, and drained
Directions

ple of avocado strips, cucumber and crab meat across the middle of the rice.

Add a little wasabi to the crab (be careful, wasabi is very hot)
3.
Roll up the nori tightly.
4.
Cut each roll with a sharp knife.
5.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
