You can cook adobo in a hundred ways but what i give is the classic adobo recipe which is very easy to prepare that even children can do it. This dish is the all time favorites of Filipinos.
Combine all ingredients except the oil. Let it stand for atleast 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Put in the meat and brown on all sides. Pour in the other mix ingredients. Simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.
