Amazing Low Calorie Vegetarian Fruit Salad

Description:

This vegetarian fruit salad is easy to make, tastes fabulous and only has 100 calories per serving.

Ingredients

large Granny Smith apples cut into bite size pieces
1
can mandarin oranges w/ juice
1
can pineapple chunks w/ juice
1
carton strawberries cut into bite size pieces
1/2
cup pecans or walnuts
1
package dry fat free vanilla pudding

Directions

1.
Combine all fruit in a large bowl with juice included.
2.
Add chopped nuts to fruit bowl.
3.
Add dry pudding to the bowl.
4.
Stir well (the juice from the canned fruit will combine with the pudding to make a coating on the fruit.)
5.
Serve.
6.
You do not have to limit yourself to the fruit mentioned above. Any fresh or canned fruit you desire can be included.
