Ingredients
1½ cups packed brown sugar
½ cup butter or margarine
2½ - 3 cups cereal (corn flakes, total, wheaties)
Directions

Mix shortening, sugar, oil, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla together with an electric blender. Add everything else and blend until light and fluffy. Use an ice cream scooper to spoon cookies onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Let cool for about ten minutes. Keep in a tightly closed container.
