cup shredded mozzarella

tblsp. each mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise
1/2
cup carmelized shallots or red onion

Brioche buns brushed with olive oil, herbs de provance & grilled

slices bacon brushed with 1/2 cup melted butter, simmered with one vanilla bean
Flour seasoned with 1/4 tsp. ground chipotle
Directions
1.
Combine beef, mozzarella, marinara, garlic puree, cilantro, & avocado. Salt & pepper to taste.

Form into 4- 8 ounce patties, lightly dust each patty w/ chipotle seasoned flour. Cook patties in non-stick pan with oil for 3 minutes on each side. While patties cook simmer butter and vanilla bean together.

Carmelize minced shallots in olive oil over low heat.

Cook bacon then brush w/ vanilla butter

Combine ketchup, mustard & mayo-reserve

Cut tomato into slices then salt & pepper
7.
Combine herbs de provance with olive oil and toast or grill buns.

Place patties on grilled buns with carmelized shallots, tomato slice, ketcup/mustard/mayo sauce and vanilla bacon
