Directions

Brown the lamb in the pressure cooker until both sides are seared.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, wine, water, tomato, onion and cinnamon.

Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.

Remove the cinnamon stick.
6.
Flip the lamb and pressure cook on high for another 20 minutes.
7.
While the 2nd side cooks, prepare the orzo (should take 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
8.
Drain the orzo and season with cheese and olive oil.
9.
Put the orzo on a serving plate and serve the lamb on top.
