Caldero style pot (cast aluminum with tight fitting lid)
Directions
1.
Heat your caldero pot over low heat.
2.
Add the fine egg noodles and stir constantly until the color changes to dark brown (be careful not to burn them).
3.
Add the rice, soda, water, and butter, bring to a boil.
4.
As soon as it boils, add the raisins, cover and bring the heat to the lowest setting.
5.
Let this cook for 30 minutes and serve.
