1.- Boil the artichokes on salted water
2.
2.-Caramelize the onion chopped thin.
3.
3.-Once the artichokes are done take out the inside, also some of the external leeves and fill them with the foie.
4.
4.-Place the filled artichokes in the oven (180ÂșC 5 min)
5.
5.-Put some caramelized onion on top of the artichokes.
