Ingredients
- 2 artichokes for each person
20gr duck liver pate
1 onion
sugar
salt
olive oil
Directions
Artichokes with foie:
1.- Boil the artichokes on salted water
2.-Caramelize the onion chopped thin.
3.-Once the artichokes are done take out the inside, also some of the external leeves and fill them with the foie.
4.-Place the filled artichokes in the oven (180ºC 5 min)
5.-Put some caramelized onion on top of the artichokes.
6.-Serve and enjoy!!!
