You can make these ahead of time and freeze them. Then, all you have to do is put them in the oven when guests arrive. Delicious!!

Ingredients

English muffins

can crab meat (about 5-6 oz)

l stick butter1 jar

Old English Cheese (jar is about 3-4 inches tall)

1/2

tsp seasoned salt

1/4

tsp garlic powder

tsp mayonaise

Directions

Soften butter (you can nuke it briefly). Add rest of ingredients and blend. Cut muffins in half, then quarter each half so that you have 8 pieces from each muffin. Spread mixture on muffin pieces and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. (at this point you can place cookie sheet in freezer and then put frozen muffins into a zip lock bag.) When ready to use, place cookie sheet under broiler and broil 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
