ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped

cup finely chopped red onion

oz. crumbled feta cheese

tbsp. snipped fresh parsley

tbsp. chopped fresh oregano

tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
Directions

In a bowl, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion, and garlic.

Add in parsley and oregano.
3.
Gently mix in olive oil and vinegar.

Cover, and chill for 2 to 6 hours.
