Vegetable broth â 1 cup

Blend together the avocado, cucumber, yogurt, vegetable broth, lime juice, vinegar, cayenne pepper, onion and chopped mint in a food processor. Pour this mixture into bowls and season it with pepper and salt. Put the bowls in refrigerator and serve it chilled.
