For the RIBS 1 Rack or Pork Ribs 1/4 Cup Minced Garlic Salt (preference) Pepper (preference) Chili Powder (preference)

about 3 people or 1 really big dude

Ingredients

For the BBQ Sauce
1
regular can of tomato sauce
1
can of tomato paste
2
tbsp vinegar
2
tbsp olive oil
2
tbsp brown sugar
3
cloves garlic, crushed
4
tbsp onion, minced
1
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp dry mustard
1
tsp cayenne
fresh ground pepper to taste
SRIRACHA Chili Sauce to taste!!!

Directions

For the Ribs

- Rub all the ingredients onto the pork ribs... actually massage it on.
3.
- Place it in the center rack of a preheated oven (375 degrees) for 20 minutes meaty side up.
4.
- Flip over after 20 minutes and reset timer for 10 minutes (prep your grill in the meantime).
5.
- After the oven, place it on a hot grill (about 300 - 350 degrees) for about 10 minutes; this is when you apply the BBQ Sauce.
6.
- ENJOY!!!
