MUSTARD AND RED CHILEE BOIL COCONUT OIL, BEETROOT SCREW AND ADD CURD, ADD SALT, GREENS, MIXING MUSTARD. VERY GOOD DIET DISH, IT REDUCE HIGH FAT. IT USED FOR INCREASING BLOOD CIRCULAITON.
