A cheesy mexican casserole

Ingredients

cans Bush Chili Beans
2
lbs ground chuck or round
1
pkg dry taco mix
1
block of jack cheese(small)(grated cheese packaged can be substiuted)
1
block of chedder cheese(small)(grated cheese packaged can be substiuted)
4
cups of Bisquik
1
egg
1
cup of milk

Directions

1.
Crumble, brown and rinse meat
2.
Simmer meat, beans, ½ pkg of taco seasoning with ¼ cup of water
3.
Topping
4.
Grate both blocks of cheese(prepackaged grated cheese can be used also)
5.
Mix 4 cups of bisquik, egg, ½ taco seasoning, and milk
6.
Stir in both cheeses
7.
In a large casserole dish put the meat mixture in 1st spread to cover bottom
8.
Carefully spoon in the topping mixture on top of meat.
9.
Bake at 375 for 30- 45 minutes until topping is lighly or golden brown
