medium yellow onions, coarsely chopped

thick slices white bread
Directions

Soak the bread slices in milk.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Fry the onions in butter.
4.
Add the curry powder, salt, sugar, vinegar and ground beef, cook while stirring constantly.

Take the bread out of the milk.

Mash bread with a fork and add to the pan with the meat.
8.
Beat one egg and add to meat mixture, mixing well.
9.
Put the mixture into a greased pyrex.
10.
Beat the other egg with the milk from the bread.
11.
Pour egg and milk blend over the meat.
12.
Sprinkle with butter and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
13.
Serve over white rice.
