ladyfingers (about 1 3/4 ounces)

tbsp brewed espresso or strong coffee, divided
Directions

1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.

2. In a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan place put 6 ladyfingers. Then Drizzle with 2 tablespoons espresso. Evenly Spread the ricotta mixture over the ladyfingers. Place another layer of ladyfingers and drizzle again with remaining 2 tablespoons espresso

3. Put and drizzle with melted chocolate. Put in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set for at least 30 min.
