18 oz package yellow cake mix (with pudding)

cup dark rum (80 proof)

Preheat oven to 325 or 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10" or 12 cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts over the bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients in bowl. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Invert on plate. Prick the top with a cake tester. Spoon or brush glaze over the top and sides. Allow cake to absorb glaze and serve.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat. Stir in rum.
