Ingredients
Prunes or Dates (or mix) - without stones - depending on guests aprox 2 per person.
English or New Zealand type bacon strips - as many as needed to wrap each of the prunes/dates
Directions
1.
Wrap each prune or date in a strip of bacon,

place a toothpick through it to keep together
3.
Place on baking tray with aluminium
4.
Place in pre-heated oven or grill (medium to high temperature), not too high up. Heat until the bacon is sizeling and cooked (15 - 20 mins). Make sure to turn every so often to ensure even cooking on all sides.
5.
Can be very hot, so allow to cool down before serving
