Description:

Quick and Easy healthy Casserole suitable for any meal of the day. No crust to cut down on carbohydrates! Easy to make and prepare!

Ingredients

slices of turkey bacon
1
bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1
onion, chopped

large eggs
3/4
cup part-skim ricotta cheese
3
tbsp all purpose flour
1/2
tsp baking powder
1/4
tsp salt
1/4
tsp pepper
hot sauce- dash
Parmesan-
pinch

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.
Cut bacon crosswise into 1/4 inch wide strips. Chop onion if not already chopped. Combine all ingredients into skillet, fry until tender. Pour tender ingredients into backing dish, bake about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve! Great if paired with a cup of fresh blueberries!!!
