bag frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4
cup part-skim ricotta cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut bacon crosswise into 1/4 inch wide strips. Chop onion if not already chopped. Combine all ingredients into skillet, fry until tender. Pour tender ingredients into backing dish, bake about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve! Great if paired with a cup of fresh blueberries!!!
