boneless chicken breasts, cut into serving pieces

c. Italian bread crumbs

c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions
1.
Beat eggs and marinate chicken in eggs for 1 hour.
2.
Roll chicken in bread crumbs and saute in oil until browned.
3.
Place browned chicken pieces into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese and mushrooms.
4.
Add water to bouillon cubes. When dissolved, pour over chicken.
5.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes.
