Fresh Pineapple( Canned wedges in juices will work too)
Directions

Mix all ingrediants bake 1 hour @ 350 in a deep covered casserole dish stir to mix any sugar not dissolved . Bake 10 minutes more. Shold have a syrupy consistancy with the cranberries soft. Wonderful hot but gets better in the refrigerator. Holds for 2 weeks.Make three or four days ahead .
