Ingredients

med pkg macaroni noodles

cups of longhorn shredded cheddar cheese
2
cups of New York style extra sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

Cook macaroni until almost done. Spray 9x9 cooking dish with non-stick spray. Combine both cheeses. Layer macaroni and cheese. Place one pat of butter on each corner and keep layering until full. Top with crushed ritz crackers and sprinkle with pepper. Fill with milk. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes stirring once.
