The batter should thick, so it clings to your spoon.

Put oil into skillet so it is two inches deep.

Heat the oil to 375 F.

Dip the bananas in the batter.

Carefully spoon the battered bananas into the oil.

Fry, turning a few times until the batter is a golden color.
