slices jambon francais (thinly sliced)

Add Milk & Basil, salt & pepper.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
5.
Drop a ladleful of mixture into the pan & swirl around so it is nice and thin.
6.
When the egg is opaque, flip over until cooked.
7.
Microwave the fajita wraps in plate with plastic wrap to heat.
8.
Place the egg gently on top of fajita.
9.
Place the ham on top of egg.

You can add cheese if you like
