squares Fresh bean curd

cup Chopped cooked chicken

tbsp Chopped fresh coriander leaves
Directions

Chill stock and remove all fat from the surface.

Bring the stock to the boil.

Add the bean curd and chicken.

Sprinkle with the fresh coriander leaves.
