Season beef cubes with salt and pepper set aside then prepare vegetables. In a large skillet or wok heat oil when oil is hot cook beef until brown then set aside. Then remove excess oil heat the oil saute onions, garlic, green onions until fragrant add chopped tomatoes add the mushrooms and saute then the peas cook then add the sauce bring to a boil then add the cooked beef. Then simmer for few minutes then serve.
