Ingredients
A packet of puff Pastry or u can make the pastry yourself.its done in no time.just be sure to keep your hands cold while doing it, to prevent it sticking to your fingers
,A green and/or Red pepper.
A nice sized cooking dish
Directions
1.
1.Chop the veg and cook it

2.Brown the beef(i use a wok)
3.
3.Remove the pastry and line the bottom of the baking dish with it.
4.
4.prepare the gravy and add any seasoning to the beef u want.

5.pour the contents (the beef,veg and gravy) into the baking dish on top of the layer of puff pastry and pour the gravy on top.

6.With the remaining pastry,cover the top of the dish,enclosing the beef.
7.
7.put in an oven at 180 d and leave for 2 hours. maybe more,wait till top is crispy and brown.

8.Remove,slice,serve and enjoy
