to 4 pounds beef short ribs

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp Worcestershire sauce

cup favorite BBQ sauce or to taste
Directions

Combine vinegar, water, italian dressing, salt, pepper cayenne, garlic, onion powder and chilli powder in a bowl, mixing well to form a marinade. Place cleaned and trimmed beef ribs in marinade and cover allowing to sit for one hour. Remove from marinade and place in shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes or until tender. Pour off drippings and cover with BBQ sauce of choice. Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered. Serve.
