Description:

It's so easy and you can make it ahead of time by cooking in a slow cooker and leaving on low heat to stay warm until needed.

Ingredients

1
lb ground beef
Velveeta (large package), cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2
cans Rotel, drained
2
cans water
Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips

Directions

1.
Cook beef in a skillet until brown, drain and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in large sauce pan over medium-low heat and stir until completely melted.

Add in ground beef, stir until blended and pour into your favorite serving bowl.

Serve with Tostitos Scoops for best performance :)
