cups (500 ml /16 fl oz / 4/5 pt)
Yogurt(Dahi) ,

Beetroot boiled and cut into cubes,

Cucumbers cut into cubes,

Tomatoes chopped,

tbsp roughly chopped roasted
Peanuts,

tbsp chopped
Coriander-Leaves(Hara-Dhania) ,

chopped Green-Chillies(Hari-Mirch) ,

tbsp grated fresh or flaked
Coconut(Narial) ,
1
tsp Sugar,
Salt to taste.
For the tempering

tsp Mustard-Seeds(Rai) ,

pinches Asafoetida(Hing) ,

tsp Oil.
