cup Puffed Rice (Kurmura)

cup of chopped Tomato (Tamatar)

cup of chopped Onion (Pyaj)

cup of chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta)

cup of boiled and mashed Potato (Aloo)

chopped of Green Chilli (Hari mirch)

tbsp. of chopped Ginger(Adrak)

tbsp. of Tamarind (Imli) Chutney

tbsp. of Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta) And Mint Chutney

tbsp. of Lime or Lemon (Nimbu) Juice
Directions
1.
Mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions.
2.
Drain the water from the grated potatoes and mix that as well.
3.
Mix all the ingredients under seasoning and add to this.
4.
Lightly crush and add the nimkis and golgappas.
5.
Add the sev and kaara pusa directly and mix well.
6.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
