Ingredients

medium sweet Spanish onion
6
medium size fresh button mushrooms
sea salt & fresh pepper to taste
dried 'salad seasoning' mix (or whatever dried herbs you like)

small steaks (either pan fried or grilled) we like ours medium rare.
Directions

In large bowl combine spring greens, julienned cucumbers, thinly sliced sweet onions & sliced mushrooms. Toss gently with crumbled blue cheese (1/5th cup is generous), splash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar + your favourite salad seasonings/dried herbs, add freshly ground pepper and fresh ground sea salt to taste.

Cut cooled steaks crosswise into thin slices and after plating the salad place steaks on top. Give a final shot with the peppermill. Enjoy!
