Cans of Black Beans, 1 can of corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of vegetable/chicken broth, 1 chopped large onion, tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and add herbs/spices for flavor.
Directions

Use butter or oil to cook the onion in a large pot; add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let simmer so chili will thicken, and then serve up to 4-6 people. Enjoy!!
