This is a work in progress. I love salsa and most salsa in stores just turns me off. I don't like over glorified stewed tomatoes. I like salsa that tastes like salsa.

Ingredients

Roma Tomatoes, seeded and the flesh diced fine.

Tomatillios, paper removed and charred over a gas flame on the stove. Then diced small

medium onion diced

Jalapeno peppers diced

Serrano peppers sliced thin

Habanero peppers diced

1t cumin

1t oregan

2T freshly chopped cilantro

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in n non-reactive bowl. If you like it spicier add more chiles as desired. Less spicey.. too bad. :-)
