1/2 lbs deboned thick rib of pork
Directions

Cut the meats and speck into small cubes.
2.
Season meat with spices (not the vinegar).
3.
Grind the meats together.
4.
Add the vinegar and mix lightly.
5.
Stuff the mixture into pork casings.
6.
Put the sausages in a glass container with a cover.
7.
Put the container in the refrigerator overnight.
8.
Heat your grill and cook for 15 minutes.
