tbsp ghee (if you don't have ghee, you can make it, it is only clarified butter)

Put in a bowl, cover with water and let it sit for 8-12 hours.

Put it in a large dutch oven.

Add the lamb to the pot.

Add the spices and boil for 10 minutes.

Take out the lamb carefully.

Shred the meat and put back in the dutch oven.

Cover with and let simmer for 3 hours while watching.

If it gets a little dry add some more water.

When the three hours pass, add the ghee and mix.

Garnish with a dash of lemon juice and fresh mandolined onions
