Description:

Super easy and delicious but it looks and taste so fancy and gourmet. I make it for breakfast when I have guests and they are always really impressed.

Ingredients

1/4
Cup Thinly Sliced Deli Ham
1
Loaf Focaccia Bread
4
Eggs
1/2
Cup Milk
3
tsp of butter

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut top off foccacia and dig out like a bowl, make sure to leave edges thick though. Tear up dug out bread and top into small pieces. Crack eggs into a bowl and stir with a fork. Add milk and a little salt and pepper. Add bread pieces and stir. Brush butter onto the inside of foccacia bowl and place in the over for about 7 minutes or until lightly brownned inside. Ligtly brown ham in a frying pan, cut into small pieces and add into egg mixture. Pour mixture into faccacia bowl. Place on a cookie sheet in the oven for about 30 minutes or until eggs are fluffy. Slice and serve.
