Description:

This is the way my mom make brisket (my nana makes it very differently). It is always VERY tender. All of the beer cooks off it's not really for the taste so this recipe is safe for the whole family. Makes a very juicy, delicious brisket!

Prep:

4 hours to cook, very short prep time maybe 5-10mins
