Ingredients

cups butternut squash, cooked

eggs, well beaten

cup sugar
1/2
cup milk
1/3
cup butter or margarine, melted

tbsp coconut, flaked
1/2
tsp ginger, ground
1/2
tsp coconut flavoring

Directions

1. Cut squash in half lengthwise and clean out.

2. Wrap in foil; bake in 350 degree oven until soft.

Cool; Scoop out squash with teaspoon to measure 2 cups.

3. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
