Ingredients
one 3 lb butternut squash (peel, seed and cube)

potatoes (peeled and chopped)

tomatoes (peeled, seeded chopped)

T flat leaf parsley - chopped

tsp chopped fresh thyme

tsp chopped fresh majoram

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and add water to just about cover all ingredients

reduce heat and simmer (partially covered) 30 minutes

let cool, in batches, puree in a blender
