Description:

It is dish made in several parts of India. This curry is very simple to make and very delicious too. It can be made spicy or mild as per taste.

Ingredients

1.
1 Cauliflower- cut and diced into small pieces
2.
2 potato- peeled and diced into small cubes
3.
1 tsp Ginger, garlic and chilli paste
4.
1 Onion diced into small pieces
5.
2 tbsp Green peas
6.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
7.
1 tsp garam masala
8.
2 tbsp oil
9.
1 tsp Cumin seeds

Directions

1.
1. Heat the oil in a utensil
2.
2. Put cumin seeds in the oil and let them slatter.
3.
3. Put ginger,garlic and chilli paste in the oil and let them cook till golden brown.
4.
4. Put the onions in the oil and let them cook till golden brown.
5.
5. Put the turmeric powder, garam masala in the oil ans stir for sometime.
6.
6. Put the cauliflower in the oil and stir for sometime.
7.
7. Put the potatoes and green peas also and let everything cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
8.
8.Serve hot with Indian bread.
