tbsp. of finely chopped parsley

tsp. of Worcestershire sauce

tsp. of prepared mustard
Directions

Mix bread crumbs, egg, mayo, parsley, Worcestershire

sauce, mustard, salt and white pepper together well.
3.
Pour mixture over crabmeat and fold in lightly, but thoroughly.
4.
Form into 6 crab cakes; deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
