cups fresh corn kernels (cut from about 6 small ears of corn)

medium tomatoes, halved, seeded, chopped

cup finely chopped red onion
In blender, purée until smooth:

cup chopped fresh cilantro

tbsp chopped fresh mint

tbsp white wine vinegar

tsp (packed) golden brown sugar
