Ingredients

6oz can of salad shrimp or 12 large shrimp
1
sm can of mushroom pieces
4
cups or servings of prepared rice
2
tbs creole or cajun seasoning
Directions

Melt 1 stick of butter then use it to coat both sides of each piece of talapia. Place in large skillet or baking dish deep enough to hold in 1 in of liquids. Season top of fish with creole or cajun seasoning. Put oven on broil and place pan with fish in center of the oven. Cook until the fish starts to pull apart at the top of about 10-15 min. While the talapia is in the broiler put 1/2 stick of butter in a large sautee pan, when melted ad the shrimp and can of mushrooms (drained) simmer for 3 mins then add alfredo sauce and heat for 3 mins. When talapia is done place over rice and ladle on alfredo sauce.
