Ingredients
ï§ Â½ cup regular or light mayo
ï§ Â¼ cup light sour cream
ï§ 1 TB apple cider vinegar
ï§ Pinch of ground cinnamon
ï§ 1/2
cup pineapple tidbits, drained
ï§ 1/2
cup golden raisins (black is fine, too)
ï§ 1 package (16 oz.) prepared coleslaw mix
Directions
1.
1) Combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper, cinnamon, and sugar to taste.

2) Stir in pineapple and raisins.

3) Add prepared cole slaw to large bowl. Pour dressing and fruit mixture over cole slaw. Toss to coat evenly.

4) Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marry flavors. Stir before serving. Serve cold.
