Ingredients
Cauliflower Florets 1 No.
Onion(ground to Paste) 1 No.
Ginger-Garlic
Paste 2 Tsp.
Garam Masala(optional) 1 Tsp.
Directions
1.
Mix the pastes,salt & suger in Yogurt.
2.
Marinate the florets for about 2 hours.
3.
Heat oil in a pan & fry onion till translucent. Stir in the marinated florets,water & cover .
4.
Cook on a slow flame till the flowers are done.
5.
Serve garnished with garam masala, pepper & chopped
