Simmer in water with the salt and sugar until it is tender.

In a blender, liquify it with 2 cups of milk.

Fry the onion in the butter until it is see through.

Throw it out, you only want the flavor.

Add the flour until it looks slightly golden, making sure it does not burn.
7.
While stirring, add the cauliflower mixture and the rest of the milk.
8.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
